We are very excited to share in our classes everything there is to know about baking amazing bread. Or at least everything we know about it. Join us for one of our workshops and play baker with us! 

To our mind there is nothing as simple and as beautiful as home-baked bread. Challenging and rewarding at the same time. Despite the simplicity of the ingredients, it is one of the most complex things you can produce in your own kitchen. Some call it art, others call it science. Whatever you might call it, there is a lot to be learned and it takes a bit of effort – but in the end everybody can do it and enjoy it! 

No matter what your level of expertize is: if you've never touched dough before, if you just recently started baking, or if you have been experimenting with making your own bread for the longest time, we offer classes for all of you. Beginner to advanced, everybody is welcome; the only request we have from our participants: be passionate about exploring the world of bread. Come to our workshops to learn something new, exchange ideas, and simply have fun!
